Our first time eating here. Ordered 3 vegetable dishes, scallops, and the wild boar meatballs. Everything was quite good. The scallops were amazing (the crackers were a bit thick). The squash was very flavorful, a bit salty. The squash sauce was great on everything! The cocktails were amazingly well balanced and delicious. I had the Deadpool, highly recommended. Service was fantastic. Well done.
overall great experience. the place does shareable plates and they recommend you how many plates you'll need for your party size. loved the decor inside. waiter was very attentive. food came at a reasonable pace. loved the combination of flavours and textures on the food. the highlight for me was the broccolini with chili oil, creamy white sauce and almonds. i also enjoyed the crispy potatoes with chimichurri and chicken leg with tzaziki sauce.
We went for girls night last night and it was amazing! Food was delicious all shareables, kinda pricey so maybe don't go too hungry but overall everything was yum! Most dishes came in 4 pieces which is nice for sharing. The atmosphere was so quaint, by the time it was 8, it got pretty packed even on a wednesday night! Finally the waitress we had (didnt catch her name, she's blonde with the overalls) was hilarious! She was so attentive, and funny, and really kept the pace of food and drinks going all night long. Give the girl a raise! Will be coming back again!
Came here first time for my birthday. Food - outstanding. Staff - omg, loved everyone. So attentive, nice, professional. Atmosphere - super cool. Can't wait to go back. Love the back speakeasy bar.
The best carpaccio ever! I’ve never tried bison before and I wasn’t a fan of any carpaccio, but this one definitely beat all my expectations. Highly recommend to try it. Octopus was made on a grill and you definitely can taste a smoky flavour and little bit of burnt. Lamb shank - just melts in mouth. Steak was very thick cut but amazingly tender and with chimichurri on top was just great ending of the dinner. I’ve put 4 just because on my opinion octopus was little over burnt. Just not my favourite. And service - little while I haven’t had any water and some food was quite spicy, but when it was a dessert time - my glass was full all the time (just about timing and attention a little bit, restaurant is quite small).
Pleasant and cozy spot, drinks were great! server was very knowledgable and kind. Drinks food were incredible! Will definitely be back :)
We went for the first time to celebrate a graduation and the food blew us away. The beef carpaccio was particularly exceptional but we also really enjoyed the roasted beets, grilled octopus and boar. Great drinks - I appreciated the mocktail options and my spouse loved the beer on offer. We will absolutely be going again.
This place is top notch. The food is abundant and fabulous, some very interesting menu items, especially if you get the chefs tasting menu! Not a single complaint except that I am super stuffed! They seem to specialize and delight in offering many seafood dishes, so if you like seafood you are in for a treat!
